Linha Isolada a V\u00e1cuo \u00e9 formada por um tubo interno que conduz o fluido criog\u00eanico e um tubo externo que suporta e veda a isola\u00e7\u00e3o a v\u00e1cuo, formando a jaqueta de baixa condu\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9rmica. Dependendo da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o espec\u00edfica, s\u00e3o instaladas juntas de dilata\u00e7\u00e3o no tubo interno ou no externo para compensar as dilata\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00e9rmicas devidas a temperatura do flu\u00eddo criog\u00eanico. Os tubos interno\/externo s\u00e3o constru\u00eddos em A\u00e7o Inox ASTMA312Tp304. O tubo Interno Revestido com o super isolamento tipo multilayer que bloqueia a transfer\u00eancia de calor por radia\u00e7\u00e3o. O espa\u00e7o entre os dois tubos \u00e9 mantido sob v\u00e1cuo quase absoluto para prevenir a condu\u00e7\u00e3o e a convec\u00e7\u00e3o, tornando assim este sistema o mais eficiente para evitar a entrada de calor no tubo interno. Devido \u00e0s restri\u00e7\u00f5es de transporte as linhas isoladas a v\u00e1cuo s\u00e3o divididas em trechos e a uni\u00e3o \u00e9 feita em campo.
