href=\"https:\/\/nitrotec.com.br\/global\/tanques-criogenicos-verticais\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tanques <\/span><\/a> isolados a v\u00e1cuo capazes de armazenar com seguran\u00e7a gases liquefeitos como o Oxig\u00eanio, Nitrog\u00eanio, Arg\u00f4nio, GNL, \u00d3xido Nitroso, CO2 e Etileno.\u00a0<\/p><p>A fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o destes tanques especiais utiliza um conceito de duplo casco, onde temos um tanque interno dentro de um tanque externo com um isolamento entre eles sob alto v\u00e1cuo. Este isolamento pode ser perlita expandida (um mineral vulc\u00e2nico) ou um material conhecido por superinsulation composto por fibra de vidro e alum\u00ednio. Estes isolamentos t\u00e9rmicos muito especiais conseguem manter os produtos criog\u00eanicos a baix\u00edssimas temperaturas (at\u00e9 -196 Celsius) enquanto externamente temos a temperatura ambiente.<\/p><p>O material do tanque interno pode ser a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel ou alum\u00ednio, enquanto o material do tanque externo \u00e9 geralmente a\u00e7o carbono, ou em pequenos tanques pode ser tamb\u00e9m o a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel;<\/p><p>Para os tanques de transporte s\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m utilizados quebra ondas internos para amortecer os impactos devidos ao movimento do l\u00edquido dentro dos tanques durante o transporte.<\/p><p>Tanto para os tanques de transporte, quanto para os tanques estacion\u00e1rios a suporta\u00e7\u00e3o do tanque interno no externo \u00e9 feita com materiais especiais e projetos t\u00e9rmicos sofisticados para evitar a transmiss\u00e3o de calor por estes suportes. A tecnologia de alto v\u00e1cuo \u00e9 o cora\u00e7\u00e3o da fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o destes tanques, pois o isolamento t\u00e9rmico s\u00f3 \u00e9 eficiente em alto v\u00e1cuo e deve ser mantido pela
